This is called a personal opinion. There is nothing in this personal opinion that draws on anything other than...personal opinion. The only thing that is "official" is that you don't like the show. Plenty of people do, for entirely legitimate reasons.

Well, they're wealthy British people, not Americans, so one could just as easily say that Downton Abby has secretly been turning us into royalists or some other stupid nonsense. Ugh, Fox.

How did this awful woman get a freaking book contract?

Giuliana Rancic looked like a madam in a black and white western — and not in a good way.

I certainly respect her wish for privacy and think (and always have thought) that her decision not to officially come out was her own business. That is what made the speech so strange — it was a riot of tmi (I got in the space of 10 minutes that she's gay, she's single, something's wrong with her mom, she doesn't

I'm putting it down to him just being young.

I thought it was fake from the start, and thus in incredibly poor taste. The last thing I want to see is a baby in danger, especially this week.

I find these patronizing articles so irritating. I don't care how old you are when you get pregnant. I don't care if you get pregnant or you don't. Have kids if you want, or don't. I just think it all ends up being a Rorschach test for preconceived (pun not really intended) notions about parenting. What the hell

She keeps it alive by basically being an asshole and shoving her relationship with the ex's kids in her face by tweeting about it. I think the fascination is in how much an asshole she continues to be, when the whole thing started by both her and Eddie cheating on their spouses, which is a shitty thing to do.

I believe they sell them at Williams-Sonoma. ; )

Thank God folks supported the Ebelskiver. I've been eating them all my life, and they are pancake balls of perfection!

You know what you do? You either leave your marriage or you don't cheat. This apparently wasn't so great a love that the affair actually lasted. From the reports, he ended it, and then she went all Fatal Attraction on him. How about we don't romanticize the relationship so much?

He was the head of the CIA, allowed his mistress access to his computer, and may have compromised national security. It was a very serious breach.

Spot on. Don't let that shitty little troll make you think otherwise.

This sounds like the kind of bullshit excuses a woman who cheated with a married man would give. There's actual evidence that this man cheated on his wife, that he is ashamed, and that he in no way blames his wife for his having done it. There's also plenty of evidence that she is a highly admirable person in many

What are you so afraid of that you think that we need to be spending even more on a hugely expensive and bloated military? Have terrorist attacks been happening in your town?

I think the line about voting for yourself is the key one here. It does seem to be the Republican ethos that selfishness is more important than community. I, personally, vote for what I think is best for the country and best for the most vulnerable among us, and I don't necessarily equate that with what is "best"

I'm not entirely sure why this means she should be given a free pass to be an asshole, though. I don't care so much about how she dresses than about the fact that she's clearly a dreadful person.

Well, now I feel all smug and happy — 1380 here! Also, I am old. So, now less smug, but still happy!

These people make me ill. I am as guilty of anyone for paying attention, but really, a lot less attention should be paid to such empty, useless people.
