Both shows were/are really good.

Yes, and I think that's why it can resonate for a lot of people. Give it a try. I found it refreshing and moving and complicated — in just the way life can be.
No one is forcing you to care about anything. The real question is can you see that these fellows had something interesting to say, or are you too wrapped up in your outrage to judge the piece on its own merits rather than on what you think it symbolizes?
This was great and delightful. Thank you for bringing a bit of fresh air to the commentary about the show. I loved getting a male perspective and for once not getting some bilious rant about how this show is TERRIBLE because it doesn't serve one agenda or another. Thank you to all involved.
My male is constantly cleaning my two females' eyes. It's just the sweetest thing ever. And they all groom each others' ears and even their teeth sometimes.
eh, I don't mind it from my wee ones. I'm tolerant of dachshund love.
I'll drink to that!
The dog is not being dominant. Dachshunds just love to lick faces. It's an act of love.
Dachshunds rule. That is all.
I happened to catch the story of the steralizations on npr the other day, and it is genuinely appalling. The government is sterilizing women without their knowledge or consent and doctors basically are told they have to sterilize women after a second pregnancy or if they are pregnant and over 35. The reason…
It did happen to me, and I promise you I hated both parties. And unless it has happened to you, don't presume to tell people how to feel about infidelity by a spouse.
This woman had a choice to stay or not stay in a relationship that clearly was not at a level that Mr. Wang was willing for his family to come into contact with her. She had no legal right to expect money from him, and she had no moral right either.
Why? I see no real value in arguing that we should somehow blame one party to infidelity more or less than another. What does it gain us except to somehow excuse the non-married party to the cheating, and the only person who has the right to do that is the spouse who has been the victim of the cheating.
I agree. It's total and utter bullshit. Ethics are ethics, and participating in infidelity is not blameless.
Ohhh yeah. Thanks.
What does CEFAD mean?
Of course it's economically AND statistically possible.
Because people are not perfect and insisting that we see life only through nice, appealing people is not really a reflection of reality. Do you ask these questions about Larry David?
So, you've never struggled with your weight or dated the wrong guy or hated the friends of your friends? Because that seems fairly universal to me. By narrowly defining this show as being about upper class white people who have never held or looked for a paying job, you are right, it's not universal. But that…
There may be a double standard in that, but I don't think so...fully. Here's the difference. All Kelly does is get paid to spew views about fashion. It's not art and it's not a talent, unlike the work of the actresses on this show. It's also possible that it's just that I like what Lena Dunham has to say and I…
