Isn't the Snuggie moment long past?

I have ten MILLION questions. This has the makings of a wonderful novel.

I am praying that just one woman comes forward an allows her name to be used in a class action lawsuit. I am not easily shocked, but this was shocking.

So, um, not to quibble here, but it looks like Clea is the one doing all the massaging. So it should really be Cat Massage Therapist in the singular. 'Cus that bitch Oreo is getting but not giving! ;-)

@Love Monkey: Nobody is that stupid. She's in on it up to her eyeballs.

I'm with Tim Gunn on this one — they are sociopaths who believe their own lies.

You were great — sad to see you go.

I actually thought it was better than almost all of last year. The What up With That skit was the best it's been, and the whole show felt fresh.

I'm clearly missing some essential fabulousness eye, because this just looks like a silly mess to me.

All these people who want fairytale weddings need to plan ahead for their nightmare divorces.

@pursedangler: I'm glad I'm not crazy! I just keep seeing more and more of these and was wondering what was up.

I read the daily announcements of law suits filed in federal court in Chicago and noticed in the last two weeks a slew of suits by the EEOC alleging gender discrimination. Usually, the EEOC does a brief investigation and then just issues a "right to sue" letter but doesn't prosecute a claim itself — unless it thinks

@Melissa Becker: I didn't suggest they give it a critical pass — I objected to what seemed like excessive snideness. And I also questioned the purpose behind the snideness, given the overweening value of the topic. There is a way of pointing out that a show has good intentions but may have fallen short of the

@Sadie Stein: I'm normally 100% in agreement with what you write, Sadie, but in this case it feels like the snark was heavy-handed, too. I don't want to be your copy editor, but this was a bit more than not-ignoring. One mention of the view that the show was heavy-handed would have been not-ignoring. Making the

Really? We're slamming a show that's highlighting an incredibly important issue — a show, no less, that has donated a huge amount of money to try and help with this issue — because it's too after-school-specially? I saw the end of the show and it seemed yes, a tad melodramatic, but still pretty well acted. I just

@BrackishTheNine: Yes — clearly words indicating he will play her father are missing.

@small-fox: Not true. There are plenty of circumstances in which tort liability is imposed because of a foreseeable suicide. Also plenty of section 1983 cases.

@jefesmama: I think it would be an issue of fact for a jury and would depend on what the defendant knew about the victim as well as actual evidence about the high rate of suicide for young gay people. Just because something is rare doesn't mean it's not foreseeable.
