after their portrayal of Beirut last season I felt a sinking sensation in my stomach. "oh god, this really is written by the writers of 24 isn't it?" I shudder to think of how islamaphobic this show is going to get by season 8,

The End answered the important questions (who the fuck is Beatrice? Why is  Snicket so obsessed with these orphans?). The rest were entertainingly nonsense MacGuffins.

That video was really pretty.
The song is a mess though. Hope the album is more like Kinda Outta Luck, for her sake.

yeah, Annie and Britta are a nice subversion of the virgin/whore dichotomy. Now they just need to make Shirley into a real character.
