Maybe me and my friend played waaaaaay too much Resident Evil 5 back in the day, but Winds of Madness is pretty much imprinted in my head and I love it.

The bots in Avengers have been noted to make some... unsettling comments about freewill and stuff. Being tasked to eternally sweep a desert floor, complete with Hank Pym’s history with a ultrabot and whatnot, is probably going to lead to some future repercussions down the line.

I hope this means we will be seeing Tanimura in future installments again. I’ve really enjoyed playing as him in 4, and they’ve made references to him in about everygame since then, whenever the protagonists are gathered, but it was always “he’s not answering his phone” “he said he’s not interested””he’s playing…

I’d highly recommend playing through the vanilla first. War of the Chosen adds ALOT of new mechanics and nuances, and it would feel really overwhelming if you don’t have a grasp of how the base game works first.

For me, the weirdest monster in a mainline MH game will always be the Yamatsukami.

They got the guy who voiced Madao in the anime version to actually play the live-action character in this movie, that alone is worth the admission price for me.

I’m not familiar with the series myself, but I was under the impression that most people liked the Daisenrayku games ironically, what with each entry being consistent contenders for the Kusoge (shitty game) of The Year awards?
