I've tried a few different "expose" apps for Windows and this one doesn't seem too bad, but it gave me problems with dual screen. Might use it on a single headed machine though.

The thing I don't like about these kinds of pens is the "special" paper or pad they require. It's usually marked with very small dots. I want a digital pen that can write on any surface - paper, cardboard, the passed out guy on the couch.

Python and Ruby are pretty easy to run with. C/C++ and Java are a lot more widely used, but can have a steeper learning curve.

I personally use Flickr for online organization and storage. $25/year gives you unlimited storage. It has similar features as Picasa with regard to tagging images and organizing them into sets and collections. Picasa is great when you're library of images is under 1Gb, otherwise Flickr is the way to go imho.
