Stay with the Focus, the 2012+ hatchbacks are super reliable and cheap, go for a 5 speed manual or a ST model. Plenty of interior space and fun to drive!

I work for a BMW/VW/Honda store and we are busy, our sales staff was let go when our Governor closed all in person sales but our internet sales people have been bringing people in on appointments and our sales managers have been doing the work from there and have slammed for the past few weeks.

The 2020 Escape uses a 3 cylinder actually if it isn’t the 2.0, thats what you drove. The 2.0 Escape will absolutely get out of its own way.
