This is me but with no dog. I have a 2016 Fusion and I have used the backseats MAYBE 4 times in 2018.
These are awesome, always wanted an Azure car.
LOL at everyone thinking Lincoln is dead.
Focus ST for sure, you can even score a brand new 2018 St1 for 20k or less.
A couple years ago I owned a 2016 Fusion & a 2016 Focus ST and the ST had a flat bottom wheel, and it was always very noticeable when i got back into the Fusion that it wasnt as comfortable to use.
‘’Then he purchased another TC. Then another. Then nine more. Now his impressive collection of 13 is for sale.’’
I hope you enjoyed your time in Lexington!
1st Gear:
I absolutely love stories like this.
When I was 18 I had purchased my first manual transmission car, a 2002 Focus ZX3. I was trying to get in the habit of putting it in gear when I parked it, which I had done when I last parked it in the garage...
Man, I always remember running up to 90s-00s sports/muscle cars and checking the transmission to see what it had. When the 2013 ZL1 came out I was at a chevy dealer and saw one, ran up and it had an auto... I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.
Every single light bulb should come as a LED. Incandescent bulbs look cheap and outdated.
Window tint is an important one for me, it makes the car so much more comfortable, escpecially in the summer months.
SVTF brother! :poundit:
I love this! Awesome job! I am picking up a 2002 SVT Focus tonight from the original owner to do a similar resto project.
My uncle bought an 2002 ‘Slade brand new off the showroom floor with dealer installed 22" 5 spoke wheels and he still owns it to this day. I believe it has somewhere around 160k miles and its been nothing but solid.
Those 08-11 Escapes are pretty awesome. I had a 09 with the 3.0 V6 with 186k and it ran like an absolute champ! The rust issues were more on the earlier pre-facelift ones I believe. Plus, Dexter drove one.
Its unfortunate that the millionaire owners of these are so greedy, just enjoy the car or don’t buy them in the first place.
My next door neighbor has a red convertible, and I have never seen the top down.
