Well, as someone who paid for the privilege of seeing Phantom Thread, I can say that when I got to the “twist”, I literally threw my hands up in the air and said, “That’s it? THAT is what this movie is about???”.

Seriously??? Granted, I went over Christmas and I couldn’t wait to leave—there were so many goddamned people crawling over EVERYTHING! It was kinda impossible to enjoy anything because everywhere we went, it was crowded with inconsiderate people jockeying to get photos.

I just made these this weekend and like a noob, forgot to add the salt to my unsalted butter (wasn’t going to buy more butter when I already had some).
