Agree 100%. Dinklage saying with sad eyes “you know, I didn’t have to hold your ladder” was ham-fisted and unnecessary, we already got that she treated him poorly. Like why not put an arrow and big flashing letters above his head that says THIS DUDE IS SAD NOW.

Not totally related, but I’ve been going to Vietnamese places a lot recently, and I’ve really started to notice the efficiency of the service. On multiple occasions I’ve had my order in literally 15 seconds after taking a seat. It’s often a bit curt and not overly friendly, but who cares.

I got one recently and it’s great, but I don’t think I would do eggs in it like that. At least for softboiled eggs, just put 1/2 inch of water in a pot, cover, and when it boils add the eggs, cover, and wait 6.5 minutes. This way is too easy to bother with the Instant Pot imo.
