I am a recently hired teacher at Camelot Kids and I just happened to stumble on this article randomly. I don’t know if any of the other staff has seen it yet since we have today off for Veterans Day, but I thought I’d chime in really quickly.

My kid goes to Camelot. She likes it, the teachers are super nice. That’s pretty much all I give a fuck about. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So, I’m stuck in the grays and no one will ever see this, but: I have some real problems with this article. The tone is oddly sensationalizing and it focuses on a lot of random and unimportant deatils in a way that seems pearl-clutching and even, at times, strangely un-feminist for Jezebel.

I dunno here. Yes, Plant appears to have overreacted somewhat, but I feel like the parents started some shit with her by trying to bypass her and go directly to the teachers with some stuff that wasn’t appropriate.
