Thank you for this. I wish all these complaining people would just hear the natives out. Back in season one we had a native commenter here who would argue for the show. Yet three years later we are still dealing with this.

I think she's bored this season. It's so short and even the stray observations are short. I miss Gwen.

Oh… then similar set design then…

I think this is the same convenience store that Joshua Jackson worked at last season.

I want to point out that the montage is not really a montage, there is literally one scene for Jacqueline and Lilian each and both are immediately interrupted. 30 Rock made a point about avoiding clothes-changing-montage when Liz told Jenna and Tracy: "Yeah I get it. I don't need a montage." So they are sticking with

I'm disappointed (or maybe not) that they didn't specify which case of crabs it is.

I found the Lea Michele thing a little strange. I thought this show shouldn't have a problem getting her for real but maybe there was a schedule conflict or something?…

You're right. I don't remember whether it was before or after this one.

There's also the FBI guy (he was the douche CEO at the end of the show that Liz asked to save TGS), the Indian executives of the Mordo Pharma (he was one of the microwave engineers at GE) and Rachel Dratch.

Donald.

I don't know if anyone mentioned it, but Mischa junior is squarely handsome.

Overall impression: it's behind Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and Trial & Error, but it's getting better gradually as the season goes on. The supporting cast are still pretty thin, which is one of the most obvious shortcomings compared to 30 Rock. For instance, despite Tina's constant compliments during the promotion

"Maybe I'll become a brand spokeperson for a bunker company" is a reference to Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

It came out of nowhere.

I scrolled down the entire comment section to see if somebody mentioned this line. You are my 30 Rock soulmate Wolfman Jew.

OMG great news! Murder board!

It ended with the song "Kidney Now!"

Kenneth told Tracy to go to his house and feed the bird, but don't open another door, which has a bug bomb behind it and subsequently killed his 60 year old bird. Not identical but kind of a rehash.

But the other part, which was gut-wrenching to me, is when Henry asked Stan if he trusted his kid. And Stan said not really.

When I saw Henry at the FBI I gasped. When I saw Henry meeting Mail Robot I was ecstatic. Fan service for the win!
