By gosh it's been bumpy, but P&E have somehow trained Paige into as good a sleeper agent as she can be. It's unbelievable and never feels like plot convenience. I honestly don't know how the writers do it.

Well after Civil War I went back and rewatched all the MCUs over the past two weeks. Frankly I don't care about any of the characters in the Thors, minus Loki maybe a little bit. So there's really not that much a difference for me…

She's not. The character was horribly written and assigned a very similar wise-cracking personality as Pepper Potts but didn't work as well in the Thor movies. But all the other Asgardians are much more non consequential in those movies.

It's supposed to be medieval (damn I can't spell it right and have to google) times. People believe in fairy tales and magic, I don't think it was that big of a deal. We have flat-earthers today.
