Fun fact - they're using actual Bratva tattoo styles in the show, resulting in the Russian season 1 DVD cover showing shirtless Oliver with the tattoo airbrushed off.

I'm not convinced anything in that scene was meant to have actually occurred.

I'm not sure Will has ever interviewed someone about a Gene Hackman film that didn't include at least a moment of Hackman outright taking over the set.

Not just an immigrant, an *illegal* immigrant! When are we going to do something about all these Kryptonian Anchor Babies?

I'd have to give the prize to Men at Work, where Charlie Sheen and Emilio Estevez inexplicably *don't* play bothers.

The one you're thinking of was written by Paul Simon, doing that weird tradition of just giving guaranteed hit songs to other artists that seemed to hold up through the 80s.

For one, it's better than the book it's based on, which goes way, waaaaaaay out of the realm of believability in the third act.

I gotta disagree, you seem to be the only one in this thread seeing *any* sexual implication in the scene. It seemed clear that Ford knew the boy, as he knows all of the hosts.

My read of the situation from the boy's father saying the same things that Ford's did, and their seeming distance from the park's center, is that the boy IS Ford, or rather a host version of his younger self. He likely has hosts of his entire family, as he send the boy back to them. He probably visits them from time

You know, I saw a similar comment on another thread bringing that up, with people agreeing they couldn't imagine all of them being used in a real workplace. I've worked for tech and media companies my whole adult life, and I can honestly say we use much, much more profanity.

So did he die?

So there's at least some chance we're going to get a live action Man Eating Cow, isn't there?

Total Recall 2070

I genuinely believe that he's a heart attack or aneurysm time bomb, but I really, really hope it doesn't happen before the election. Can you imagine how his batshit followers would react to that?

yeah, a 40+ year prescription amphetamine habit, a gallon (!) of diet coke a day and a diet of fast food (eaten incorrectly!) followed by a crushing disappointment can't be good for the old ticker.

It's leaving netflix the same week. Congo is seemingly never not streamable.

Remember the time he got hit in the head and got transported into the old west

So wait, they reshot half the pilot to change it from a quasi-sequel series into a straight up reboot? huh.

It wasn't a perfect crime, though - a grand jury voted to indict the parents, but the prosecutor declined, allegedly due to them being wealthy and active in the local community. Much like OJ, it boils down to bad police work at the scene, media circus, and weirdness at the DA's office.

They made the change in the comics 5 or 6 years ago.
