Yeah, okay, was fully prepared for this to be mediocre, but it was actually pretty creative and great.
This episode was great, and really made me miss Mystery Show, which I still believe is the best podcast I’ve ever listened to that somehow, criminally, only had one season.
I don’t think this is a streaming-exclusive problem — I’ve always found the second/third seasons of shows are really where the writers and actors start to hit their strides, as they grow more familiar with the characters and how they’d react in a given situation. Call me old-fashioned, but I’m definitely looking forward to seeing the life fade from the eyes of that old man one more time.
Am I missing it, or does this review neglect to mention the show’s network/streaming service? I can obviously Google it, but seems like an oversight to not include “where” someone can actually watch the show.
Well, there’s also Facebook, which I’d say is pretty successful.
The Informant!
I remain convinced that “Gone” is still the best Kanye West track, even after so much other good output in the years since. Dem strings.
