Mine rattles like crazy, there’s some flimsy plastic, the grates that cover the tweeters are actually sharp, like you could grate cheddar on them. The only thing that truly bothers me is the rattles though. That’s inexcusable. 

They’re able to see right past feelings of overall enjoyment or comfort and focus in on the important stuff, like whether or not the buttons are real metal or plastic painted to look like metal
