I’m not scared of it, nor did I say it had no advantages. I’m not even remotely close to boomer age either. All I said was this shit is gonna break. No matter how much money they throw at engineering the system, it will never be as reliable as a piece of glass.

I only searched Honda because that’s what we’re talking about here. You can Google literally any manufacturer and find similar results. Back up cameras, side view cameras, infotainment screens. Those all have redundant systems though, or it’s a system that’s not required at all, even Cadillac has a redundant system…
