“BOOMERS aged 55 years-old and up just wanted comfortable seats.”
Seriously I could do hands free shit in my 2010 Forte. There is zero excuse.
I see at least one person texting and driving every time I leave. But what really gets me is the people driving brand new Benzes, Lexii etc, doing the Kardashian “yell into the bottom of the speakerphone” move behind the wheel. THERE’S NO WAY YOUR BRAND NEW CAR DOESN’T HAVE BLUETOOTH. LEARN TO USE IT YOU USELESS…
I love how the power figure at the beginning of the article is at 500 but goes up 100hp every time it's mentioned, until peak insanity is reached at 900hp.
Every. Time.
There can’t be much of a market for $100k 800hp ugly trucks that can’t carry anything but they’re out there building ‘em, and we can hardly even get a manual sports car anymore.... Smh
I'm used to insane prices on the commercial side but I had no idea a 4cyl O would cost 20k to overhaul. That's nuts.
True tooling is an issue. I guess maybe if you "knew a guy" it would be easier
As a maintainer of planes, I can say it would be cheaper to get your A&P licenses and overhaul your own engine. I’ve never worked GA so I don’t know if that $20k figure for a small engine overhaul is accurate, but it sure seems like a lot.
I think the buzzfeed/business insider style listicle is more offensive than the vehicle for a site with as many talented writers as jalopnik.
Duh. That makes sense.
The result was a trip average speed of 103 mph, with a max speed of 193 mph.
There isn't a Beretta in the world worth anywhere close to that.
I, personally, don’t give a shit.
Perhaps that was due in part to a failure to brand and style any of them as an actual Camaro.
