I would have no problem with never finding out who Laura Palmer's killer was, but when the entire marketing campaign is, "Who Killed Laura Palmer?" (and it was, young'uns), you're kind of obligated to pay it off.

MID SEASON finale? This episode could have been any show's SERIES finale and been satisfying. The pacing of this episode (and the entire season so far for that matter) was OUTSTANDING.

Question: I haven't read the book, but in the passages about Dunham's rape, does she state specifically that the name has been changed?? I know she says it generally on the copyright page, so I'm just wondering if there is any other indication that "Barry" was a pseudonym.

This past weeks "Once Upon a Time in the West." was hilarious. I was hoping that Castle would put on a long brown coat at least once during the episode (and give us a firefly Easter Egg) ... no such luck. Though Stana Katic's choice of western duds was a satisfactory consolation prize. Giddy-up.

I love that one with Captain Jack. John Barrowman did such a great job with that character and could totally sell a scene like that.

I go to the rock climbing gym four or five times a week (because I LOVE it, not because of any body image issues - and without it I would be doing exactly zero athletic things). As a result i have quite the muscular upper body. I was pretty self conscious for a while, torn between the satisfaction of climbing better…
