This has been my worry since I first saw this story in the Times. It may not be her because now the press know her name and face, but everyone she knows and loves that has a tiny blemish is going to be investigated, arrested, deported, etc. now.

See, the problem with that is, those most prepared for an Article V showdown, be it constitutional convention or whatever, are ALEC and those institutions and donors most closely tied to them... The Kochs, The Federalist Society, the US Chamber of Commerce, The NRA, etc...

Everything I’ve read about this bill from both sides for months now makes it sound like the majority of the shittier of the two criminal justice reform bill options that had been presented to congress made it through. This effects (I don’t remember the exact number, I’ve been reading about both bills for a while now…

This is how I look at most of the Republican bullshit around elections since at least 2000 (and probably before that, Clinton was pretty damn close to the rightward edge of moderate so it’s hard to really count his administration as a change):

Agreed. That’s where I spend most of my time focusing and commenting. I read pretty much everything I can get my hands on about it, and a lot of this “Tucker Carlson is a turd” writing just doesn’t really interest me that much. Why? because WE ALL KNOW TUCKER CARLSON IS A TURD. THIS IS NOT NEWS.

Amp removed l-theanine a couple years back (I think.) This puts it back in. It’s shown to increase alpha brainwave activity, that produces a calm, focused state, in some studies. It also is said to slightly reduce blood pressure, which should help when ingesting a massive jolt of caffeine.

The same kind of system was quite popoular in the Benelux area in Europe in the late 80's, early 90's, not sure if it still is.
