cider first, says so in the article.

This is a good take

particularly if your chocolate base is dark chocolate.

OK, I think I get it now, my bad.

I’ve known people who order delivery to their home before they leave work because they think they’ll be home in time to collect it. This does not always work.

Wait, what? You watched him pick up your food then not deliver it? Why are you using UberEats if the place you’re getting it from is in sight and you can see it from your window and you’re healthy enough to accost him if he got within 500'? And you’re able to read what he’s writing while he’s moving? I’m guessing I’m

“Bonus points if you’re keto and intermittently fasting. You can probably fly now!”

Give the guy a break on the book already, he’s trying to get it just right, and it’s hard because the series is so beloved and there are so many characters to work with. For chrissake, he just gave y’all 700 pages in the same world to tide you over for a while, the end of the TV show is airing soon, and he’s promised

This is why I almost never dig into a series before its finished. All consumers are free to do what I’ve done with ASOI&F - not read it, and therefor spare themselves the agony of the waiting.

I think we’ll be seeing a lot more news about stuff like this generally.

Where the hell are you getting that?

His platform and coalition of parties is pretty weird - he’s nationalist and socialist, and has strict social conservatives in his partiy’s coalition even though most of his stated policies are quite liberal. It’ll be interesting to see how his government handles LGBT rights as well as abortion.

The racists just can’t go more than a full presidential election cycle since Reagan without creating a new poll tax, can they? Fucking disgusting and pathetic...

All good... not sure why it feels like Friday though...

Yikes is right.

Pence’s chief of staff, Nick Ayers, is one sneaky, shady, SOB... He’s like the reincarnation of Lee Atwater with more history and shady money to work with. Pence is going nowhere. Wouldn’t be surprised if Pence primaried Trump.

They can both testify, but they can impeach each other’s testimony, whether they’re married or not. That makes both of them witnesses with no credibility. It’s a common defense tactic when it can be employed, especially in white-collar cases where the possible witness pool is very small.

I feel like Kushner’s kept in check by his access to the mid-east, particularly the US foreign policy in Israel, and Ivanka’s just Daddy’s little girl and El Grande Cheeto’s Work Wife.

That’s a bit of a stretch, because you’re talking about all three branches of government working together and agreeing. If the president-appointed judges didn’t have to be confirmed by the Senate, then there’d be some basis for that, Congress could get involved and challenge things.

Career military men that move into government that have been around as long as they both have have tend to have a shorthand with each other, or so it seems.
