Ummmmm... don’t most cuffs have the same key, or at least a limited number of possible keys, and don’t the cops generally have a set of all of said keys lying around somewhere?

(I’ve mostly done in-town or near-by moves mostly by car which involves multiple trips,) because I know I’m a lazy, procrastinating ass that hates moving. Rocky’s Deli in Millwood (the burbs,) is pretty damn amazing. If you’ve never been and are in northern Westchester County at some point, take the time to check it out.

I dunno ‘bout the most American or not, but quite a few of those pictures certainly look like they could have hot dogs in them instead of what’s in the picture... so is a hot dog a sub? Would that then be a German sandwich?
I think it’s for protection and repair, but I’m not sure, I haven’t read the book. It did work wonders for reversing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in my mother.
