Personally, even though I look like I have Geordi La Forge’s eyes implanted in my neck, I go with the neck-band style that routinely carry a ~12 hour battery life (rather than the ~5 hrs max the “truly wireless” ones have.)

I do both the overnight bag and the “essentials” box... (I’ve mostly done in-town or near-by moves mostly by car which involves multiple trips,) because I know I’m a lazy, procrastinating ass that hates moving. I know I will run out of steam or lose the will to keep going on moving day and I’m not sure which place…

Rocky’s Deli in Millwood (the burbs,) is pretty damn amazing. If you’ve never been and are in northern Westchester County at some point, take the time to check it out.

I dunno ‘bout the most American or not, but quite a few of those pictures certainly look like they could have hot dogs in them instead of what’s in the picture... so is a hot dog a sub? Would that then be a German sandwich?

I think it’s for protection and repair, but I’m not sure, I haven’t read the book. It did work wonders for reversing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in my mother.
