Thanks for the consideration, and I offered the comment as a history no one had seemed to recognize here. As a US citizen that’s been alive for more than 4 decades, I’m used to jingoistic, wag-the-dog campaigns that whitewash deeply ingrained symbolism with misleading marketing and talking points.
