Agreed, although this is an article about Frankenstein’d combos, and Heath/Skor and hazelnut are good flavor companions.

no hazelnut!

There’s really no need for pizza unless there’s fresh bread involved, IMO.

rich friends help.

I admit, (grudgingly, as any place that talks about these things should,) that Totinos deserves to be in this conversation, at least.

as a person that intentionally moved to the Pacific Northwest, I consider myself a Canadian at heart. No need to make any excuses on my account.

Didn’t read this til after my “Steinbeck’s Animal Farm” comment, but I completely agree... kind of like I thught everyone should re-read 1984 when Dubya was in office. I guess Orwell has a book for just about every scummy political situation.

I love Grapes, but Of Mice and Men has always seemed more representative of American society to me. It’s Steinbeck’s Animal Farm, IMO.

Hesse is my literary God.

Tillamook makes a hazelnut and salted caramel ice cream, but it’s not the same, there’s no chocolate involved. (‘Heath or Skor bits bits’ what I meant above, BTW.)

I don’t understand why y’all continue to torture yourselves with candy corn for any reason. Might as well try to find useful reasons for Necco wafers to exist outside of Gingerbread-house construction.

I’m happy for you that you’re taking a couple months a year off from booze and that it’s going well, but “you won’t even miss the booze” is a bit of a stretch. Although the pic at the top makes it look as though you’ve got a couple drops of LSD in your Mocktail, which, I guess would make it a bit more believable.

Ladykillers should be a Hefty bag, a sackbut, and waffles.

If these wing-nuts think that laws against groping women on airplanes no longer apply because the president said he does it, why would they stop at bombing people who piss them off?

That local cops are in the top half for both is absolutely terrifying as well.

Is this before or after taxes? Because the taxes on booze (talkin’ ‘bout the hard stuff,) in WA. are completely nuts. A $3.7708/liter tax PLUS a 20.5% tax ON TOP of that. I can’t imagine Seattle would be 2nd if taxes were included.

I think I’ve heard of McCains, possibly Dellissio, and Dr. Oetker tends to show up in specialty stores, if I remember correctly, because they offer a number of gluten-free options? None are widely or/nor nationally distributed though.

Yeah, the midwest is one of the few areas of the country I haven’t frequented. I’ve passed through a few times, but that doesn’t lend itself to freezer or oven access.

Now I’m waiting for these to be helicoptered out, chopped up, and served as rocks in rich assholes’ cocktails in Trump resorts at $300/”cube”

fresh ingredients, clearly.
