Hoho! You should come to Oregon. If you’re on the coast highway, that person would accelarate to 67mph as soon as they reached the passing lane.

This is such a stereotype, I experience it within 15 minutes of getting back onto highway 101...every single time I go to visit my folks. I wish I were kidding.

edit: I’m being

Not Kei...but still awesome.

No good reason other than I miss the one I had 30 years ago.

I think the distinction is separating the silverware from the plates.  Putting a plate on top of another one that still has cutlery on it is enraging.

Stacking plates= good.
Stacking a plate on top of cutlery on another plate = philistine.

Now playing

I don’t like the take your anger out on the road angle of the commercial....but it’s kind of odd for them to strike such a tame commercial in a country that allows this sort of thing on public roads (and bless them for it)

Funny, I was going to say I’m more of a Pikes Peak Tacoma guy than a Raptor guy.

In my youth subculture class we learned that the death rock/death metal (was a long time ago) scene arose in central Florida possibly as a reaction by the youth to a mainstream culture primarily centered around old people/retirees. Possibly along with a healthy dose of rebellion against Mousewicz. (this last part may

So, Florida Man’ is gender neutral in the way some people use “guys” as a generic description for people?

Oh god, indeed. Does a person who advocates for the discrimination, oppression and violent subjugation of vulnerable or marginalized groups deserve defense against being violently subjugated by the group for whose violence they advocate?

It’s and existential (?) nightmare, one for which I wish the only reason to explore

“When the car is off”

Is this too much to ask for? I drive a Focus, and I know it’s a cheap shit econobox, but why can’t I run the stereo when there is no key in it? With the keys in it, the door alarm chimes.

I like to clean my car and listen to my crappy music while I do it.

That’s why I said offshoring production to China in the 80's was bad. But you said, “but that’s the only way we’re going to break the unions”
then in the 90's you said...”but there are no jobs”
and I said, the jobs will come back from China when we’re willing to work for Chinese wages.

We’re almost there. The market

:D

Let’s find out.
ah—-one.
Two!!!!
Three.

Three.

I used to see LaVey’s right hand man Rex Church around a lot of shows in the 90's.

The whole satan shtick seemed to be as good at attracting hot chicks as the country&western one (only with more tolerable music).

You mean...

A corporations only ethical obligation is to return value to it’s shareholders. That’s it.

But it’s also okay, because it is incumbent upon the government of “we the people” to moderate the negative outcomes of their pursuit of profit through regulation.

Exactly like I’ve viewed libertarianism from the moment I entered the workforce and started thinking for myself, libertarians sound perfectly reasonable about 50% of the things they say and the other half is irrational, and completely unworkable.

“I don’t care what you smoke or who you fuck, just don’t tax me for anything
