In all honesty though, do any parents actually use these ratings when buying games? As far as I know, it’s kid says, “Mommy/Daddy! I want [insert game title here]!” and the response is, “If your next report card is good I’ll get it for you.” then they pick it up on the way home from work and don’t give it another…
