This is kind of one of the main gameplay elements of Spirit Tracks. It's inelegant, but more effective than your standard "protect the npc" gimmick.

Trustafarians, finance and tech bros covers every demographic

SPOILERS

You're right, I did forget that items like the Pegasus Boots had to be assigned to A/B, whereas in LttP it was like the R button.

A friend and I named Link "DETROIT!!!" on a Wind Waker play-through. It was way funnier than it had any right to be.

This is a great observation, and helps to explain why some minor complaints in some games exist, like how you cannot un-freeze Zora's Domain in OoT and this is a sore point for many players (myself included).

The trick of the pre-3DS Water Temple was that either you didn't notice the passage under the raised platform or missed a small key in some godforsaken corner of the map that in order to get back to you have to adjust the water level.

The Sandship is great but has the worst boss of the game. Who thought a Monster's Inc reject would make for an imposing boss?

Only true opinion stated in this entire page

LttP has just as large an inventory as the GB Zeldas, and only 1 item slot.

Right? OoT/MM Link saved an entire world from destruction by Moon, and he only had three days to do it!

We actually have Capcom to thank for Ages and Seasons.

Ages has the harder puzzles, Seasons has the harder combat.

This whole thread is much funnier to read when you have the browser extension that turns all mention of the "M" word and "GenY" into "Snake People" and "Serpent Society."

Holy fuck thank you; I watched Bebe's Kids when I was like 4 and every few years I swear to god I imagined that movie in a fever dream.

Yeah, and only Cronenburg can pull off that

Spartacus should be the gold standard for "equal opportunity gratuitous sex/nudity." Each episode had something for everyone, whoo boy.

As someone who grew up learned nothing but hate for Wayne Huizenga, I'd watch the fuck out of a 30 for 30 on him.

That wound hurts for life. After it happened the second time in 2003 my family put a curse on all South Florida sports team. This place doesn't deserve it's franchises.

By the end of that film it seem clear to me that Matt wasn't entirely all there to begin with, being an adrenaline addict (possibly ADHD), and all the falls definitely took a mental toll on him too. Sad.
