I think the Tribble is an anachronism. This series is set 10 years before TOS. We all remember our favorite episode, “The Trouble With Tribbles”. I didn’t think anyone in Star Fleet had even heard of tribbles before that. Help me out here!

If she had not been trespassing (she was invited to the park next door, not to the pool where it happened) and resisting the officer there wouldn’t have been a confrontation at all. They’re playing the litigation lottery and I hope they end up paying court costs! I know my opinion won’t be popular on this liberal site…
