@Chinedu Opara: Plenty of Eastern ones following their lead. Anyway don't hate the player, hate the game. It's all DeBeers' fault.

@Fekdep: By that argument no one should do anything lest it might eventually lead to something objectionable. I won't strawman and come up with a facetious example, but I'm sure there are many.

@grassisgreen: Have a Zombie award for services to Necro (threads).

@pjcard: Thanks for the replies guys, some interesting points :)

Your media really has everyone's knickers in a twist about those scanners, don't they? I wonder if ours will be as bad when they come into use. Personally I couldn't care less.

@916CALLTURK: No, £9k is allowed in 'exceptional circumstances' only.

@Jonn: Feel ashamed to feel ashamed day.

Last time I checked, the messenger didn't choose what got delivered, or where, or how.

@ttringle: Sigh. Did you just get out of bed? Reread my post, and then have a little think.

@blash: I think you're right, could lead to a whole new class of community or small privately owned movie theaters to rival the multiplexes. Cool.

@rcs914: I don't know about the US, but I'm pretty sure some UK student film clubs get around the public performance thing by making it members only.

A proprietary standard not catching on? OH NOES! What will the shareholders do?

@Aibyouka-kun: Thanks for the link. Nice to see what I've been thinking written down by someone else.

@truthtellah: You know he was arrested on rape charges, right? Not anything to do with the leaks.

That's brilliant - both video and music.
