"Last week it announced that software errors would delay shipments of its long-awaited N8 touch-screen phone."

@johnthompson1: That's pretty f**ked up. Actually the retarded pricing is the main reason I wont buy a reader.

@PlayingKarrde: That's what I said, I was trying to put it simply.

    Choo choo!

@SkiBum1207: Presumably someone's already nabbed that bit of the spectrum ;)

@SGTalon: "Maybe I am wrong, but aren't our Nuclear Submarines and Aircraft Carriers floating nuclear reactors?"

@podspawn: Well, yeah ultimately. Apparently wildlife is flourishing there in the absence of humans. Last I heard the scientific community were surprised how little the animals in the area had been negatively affected.

@DirtyDogg: You'll never know, you wont see what it could have been. We end up playing to the lowest common denominator. It's not just textures or models.

@dallasmay: Hmm, actually I'm being dense. Thinking about it one of the problems with stereoscopic imaging is the fixed focus plane, two of these lenses would give lots of planes to be able to present to the user, assuming you could somehow tell where they were trying to focus. Cool.

    "child/employee/pet"

@Kwinten: Yes, I know that's what you meant and it's just not possible. CSI lied to you (and me) I'm afraid. You can't put information back which doesn't exist in the first place, hence you just need a higher resolution source :)

Clever. Not convinced it's all that useful though. It must come at a considerable cost to resolution too (new res approx= actual res / number of focus planes), but modern cameras seem to have more megapixels than necessary in any case.

@Kwinten: That's called having a higher resolution source.

@isgrimner: Fair point, easy to forget.

@geolemon: "a false start that won't ever cross the line of majority"
