Anyone get the Timbuk2 deal to work? for some reason it says the deal cant be added to my cart

Didnt they test the bullets being fired from outside the water into the water, which resulted in disintegration? I dont think they tested the guns actually firing underwater through water. The impact of hitting a new medium (air to water) at such a high velocity is what disintegrated the rounds.
