And because those places fight tooth and nail for ag gag laws, it’s against the law to disclose how bad those places actually are.

Now you put it like that, that doesn’t seem like enough. I’ve seen full grown pigs, and I know why the characters panicked when Dorothy fell into the sty in Wizard of Oz too, and I’m increasingly okay with giving them more room. I know it’d increase the cost of bacon, although probably not by that much as I bet the

Stamping not for sale in California, and calling it the distributors problem, would seem to be the most reasonable option. Although, I gotta admit, maybe we should just be making animal conditions more humane too? I like bacon, I will continue to eat bacon, but we could make the pre-bacon’s life better.

Yes, nine-year-olds deserve to be assaulted by 31-year-olds

Good one.

Doesn’t understand or that wasn’t the movie they wanted to make?

Its just a shame to think of all the gay, 600lb actors who lost out on this role.

You can’t make this list without It Follows, which is significantly more scary than a lot of these. And well reviewed.

Three comments (sorry):

The problem is that his account of what happened has changed enough over time it’s regarded as pretty unreliable and probably made up, either out of spite or for the attention”

Maybe halfway through he’ll believe he can survive taking his helmet off, like Craig Ferguson in Red Dwarf.

It particularly doesn’t look right given the babyfaced guy they cast as Aegon, who looks at least 10 years younger than his younger brother.

It’s goofy, especially with how young Rhaenyra’s kids look.

Am I the only one who thinks the casting for Aemond was really off? It looks like he’s in his mid-30s while everyone else has aged appropriately. Kind of reminds me of SNL sketches where they use whoever is around to fill in roles resulting in some characters looking wildly older than others for humorous effect.

Agreed. The first season had its rough patches (that finale was rushed), but the world building was pretty impressive (Tar Valon didn’t disappoint).

Yeah, that’s kinda what I figured.  Whenever I order from my local taco shop and am ordering 50 tacos (for work!!), I always let him know up front, “Hey I’m going to be ordering quite a few here.”  It’s helpful just to set expectations, right?

I love that explanation for “Memorial Services”.

As an Italian-American I feel particularly qualified to say that Mario’s faux-Italian accent is great, actually.

Well, whose fault is that? Mario has two lines and only has an accent for one of them. If Pratt can’t even give the character an accent consistently then you can’t really blame people for overlooking it.

In the case of the French version, it just sounds like Mario, tho. Which the American one doesn’t. Mario doesn’t have a deep voice.
