Some years I get lazy and substitute store bought brats and sauerkraut (Boar’s Head) for the schnitzle and spaetzle.

Every year for Oktoberfest I make potato pancakes, applesauce, schnitzel, and spaetzle. 

Never actually had cream of mushroom or cream of chicken, but my mom put them in recipes all the time growing up.

I remember those things. I was actually a test audience of those. I went to a Taco Bell one day and some marketing person asked me if I’d like to try it for free and fill out a questionnaire.

I looked it up, they use the “spicy ranch” for the CGC these days. Also creamy jalapeno and chipotle sauces are different.
