I see small versions of them sometimes. Trader Joe’s sells a bag of like 10 mini honeycrisp that are perfect for a quick snack or as part of a homemade lunch. They’re about the size of a racketball.

Speaking of single pancakes, when I was in grad school I used the inter-departmental mail system to send a friend of mine a single pancake in a large manila envelope. I remember hearing from the grad lounge which was just one door over from my office, “Who mailed me a pancake?!”

Ever since I discovered Honeycrisp, there’s been no going back. Unless it’s baked in a pie or something, I have no interest in eating any other apples. Although, I’d never heard of Cosmic Crisp apples, so I suppose I’ll have to give those a try if I ever find one.

Neither party is innocent, but I can get the same functionality of Roku from one of their competitors. I can’t get certain HBO content from Netflix or Hulu.
