Well, I lived in China for three years, and I saw this happen 1) outside a supermarket 2) inside a supermarket 3) on a bus, and 4) next to my table in a hot pot restaurant. It was pretty bad.

I go to China about 2-3 times a year, and see it every time I go. Right in the city (Guangzhou) too. The first time you see kids running around playing, with crotchless pants on, it is bizarre.
