Upvoted for "Katy Williams" being a dude.

Love Kitten! I backed the new album on whatever platform she's on and I can't wait for it to come out. I've listened to "Heaven or…" a million times and am ready for new music. I've been bumping Japanese Eyes sporadically in my playlists the past few weeks though.

Damn that's good.

Can't tell if this is a joke or if we'll be seeing "Great Grandpa's Plastic Cough" in the end of the year band names article…

I'm so glad that this record is good. I was a big fan of the last one, but for some reason thought that maybe they were a one-and-done type of band, and this one would fall apart. It, thankfully, did not. It might even be better.

So, if you're a hip hop head, you're supposed to love Reasonable Doubt, and think that The Blueprint is a classic, and maybe like The Black Album. And you're supposed to hate everything else Jay's done (if I understand correctly). But I have never bought into that narrative. I think that I'd put his 3 best as Vol 2,

Thank you, LaToya, for the thorough and well written reviews. I loved this show and reading your commentary on it was great. Good luck in whatever your future endeavors are.

Read that as "besides maybe Carmen, since they boned" and thought I must have missed an episode.

Not a comparison that immediately jumped to my mind, but now that you mention it, I definitely see it. I'm a fan of both.

Was hoping for a review of the new ZZ Ward. And I'm assuming the Jay Z review will be a separate article?

I liked Waxahatchee's sister's record better than what I've heard from the Waxahatchee record so far. Allison Crutchfield is great.

No love for Jenny here? I've enjoyed her character since the beginning. Granted, she does more further along in the series (no spoilers), but I found myself laughing at pretty much every interaction she had.

I don't know if that's true, but I've been told…

Not sure if I'm missing the joke, or if you accidentally wrote "7 Mary 3" instead of "Marcy Playground", but I'm preeeettty sure 7 Mary 3 never did a version of Sex and Candy.

This may very well be true. I can't listen to either long enough to form an opinion.

Last 6 records I have listened to, in no particular order:

What we really need is a Yachty/Uzi Vert beef. I want to hear them both on Sway battle rapping. It would be supremely awful, but I want to hear it. That might make me care about them a little bit. The best I can say about Yachty otherwise is that he didn't totally embarrass himself with his verse on Mixtape from

Is this where we do "Agent TwitterMemeMovie" jokes?

I'm just gonna say that the AJ/Owens finish was not bad at all. It protected AJ, and was a clever way to work a countout. It fits Owens's character quite well, and makes AJ even more of a babyface. It was a great piece of booking, and it was that "something different" that wrestling fans constantly clamor for, only to

That "by product" is whey, which can be used for TONS of things. There were a bunch of scary news reports about the "toxic acid byproducts" of Greek yogurt, but it was mostly BS. The argument was that you couldn't just dump it in a river, because it would kill the fish. But, you can't dump anything in a river in that
