That last line there is very ironic, coming from the guy who dismisses every comment from his thread that doesn't agree with him.
As I said, if the NSA has probable cause, fine. Get a warrant. Shouldn't be too difficult to do. I can't believe the benefit side of the analysis outweighs the cost side in this equation.
While that Tweet was tasteless, it makes an actual point that is just completely ignored.
