To be honest I was hoping for a more refined UI. I like the concept, but a straight port of the web app is kind of a disappointment. It's the same sort of thing Sunrise Calendar - I love it on my mobile, but there are much more powerful desktop programs available.

I think it depends on the size of your calendar. For personal use this may be excessive but if you have a calendar for a group with a changing schedule this could be useful.
