Anyone else think that Sansa should have seriously considered marrying Littlefinger? Sure he's a shit, but he's no Joff… err, he's no dwarf… err, he's no Ramsay.

Well, seems fairly clear now that Jaime = valonqar.
Right, I mean I get that… it just feels like they have the expectation that because they say so they get to define what they do and don't own however they choose. Presumably they think the courts will back them up on this should they raise future "objections" to fan films that don't conform.
So, wait… this feels like a precedent for a corporation saying "we hold copyright on everything except that which we SAY we don't." Seems dangerously dystopian. I mean, it's only Star Trek but this can't possibly hold up legally, can it?
I think you're crazy if you take the 3-1 on Brienne! No way is her narrative complete enough to justify those odds. I wouldn't put her off the board or anything, but damn!
Fall Out Boy continues its run of ruining songs way better than them. God I hate them so much.
It's not the Fake 80's Romanian Cop Show Gotham wants, it's the Fake 80's Romanian Cop Show Gotham needs.
ACCURATE.
Is it just me or is this like the 4th separate time this has been confirmed?
Shaggydog = Not dead… Rickon = Shaggydog.
I don't think it's all that far-fetched… one wolf into battle = cannon fodder. A whole pack of wolves led by Nymeria and Ghost (something foreshadowed a bit in the books anyway) could be a different story.
Either that or dive onto the ground and crawl. Seemed like he was only running because Ramsay told him that was the rule. In Rickon's situation, EFF the rules. Follow them and die, or don't follow them and (probably) die.
That's a good question… I bet we see him either kneel to the Starks or get executed this week.
I disagree… I would argue that producing the feeling one intends is stronger than, well, NOT doing that…
Going to drop this comment here as well…
I think that's a bit of a consequence of folks like us demanding instantaneous reviews episode-by episode :). It's hard to get that and also full consideration of the larger picture at the same time. Still, I think this episode will sit a lot better once we've seen the whole thing, like you suggest.
Yeah, I don't think they're wrong that the battle's outcome felt perfunctory. I just think that's exactly how it's supposed to feel. All that pain and loss for what amounts to nothing. Not that they had a better choice at hand.
Both the newbies and experts reviews criticized the battle for feeling perfunctory and inevitable. I sort of think that's the whole point, though… right? Everything happening in Westeros proper the last 6 seasons has been a distraction from what matters. A main theme of the series is the futility of this "Game of…
So, I will say this about the robot mafia. On the one hand, they DID always feel a little bit lazy. On the other hand, they're ROBOTS so them being just formulaic copies of the regular mafia is kind of subtly brilliant. Or a happy accident of the writers' laziness. One of the two.
Period pieces set in times of great inequality have a fine line to walk. If they gave the other women, or minorities, TOO much to do the show would lose a bit of its "America in the 40s" feel, and frankly I think that would do a disservice to gender equality by painting too rosy of a picture of life for women at that…
