Yeah I saved Malik. Twice even. I kept having a guy who committed suicide which really made it tough. I kept at it and tried different tactics, all which were viable but never panned out. Then I got ticked off and ran up to everybody and used melee take downs. Hit my inventory and reloaded with protein bars for more…
Oh that is so excellent. That is what I will do on my second play through.
Yeah, that's just retarded. Honestly any good booth person would ask any person there (not just media people) "Did you want to try it yourself or want me to show you?"
Good point. I guess I took it too seriously since half of them just had big gaping mouths instead of just trying to push the hand out of the way (which again, falls under the bad acting and why this is even here). It also just made me think of those couch coop days and me smacking my kids when they cheated. Oh yes,…
Why is this fake to me? Not the bad acting but the whole concept.
Yes I tried that too. It worked well, but I seemed to have better aim with my Combat Rifle for some reason (probably just me being retarded). I definitely worked, but the way I always hid around the corner and blind fired and then popped out with an aim when he was stunned the quick reaction of the rifle just seemed…
Yeah, pacifist was really a challenge. In the beginning it wasn't so bad, and in many parts it was really easy, but some of those levels were tough. Really tough. I am glad I did it but I really wouldn't want to do it again.
Yeah, I have a feeling that whatever you bring to the party ends up being the determiner. Not knowing really kills it. Don't bring a knife to a gun fight as they say.
Oh I gotcha, that makes some sense. They should just call it that then! Darrow's ebooks.
Exactly! I expect this is how I will start. Ok, I will sneak as much as I can because being sneaky and all is easier than confronting a room of guys, and it will allow me to do stealth take downs and hack, getting the best XP I can, but if I get spotted it won't be a big deal because I'm not worried about pacifist so…
Deus Ex HR.
Yeah, I have almost all of them from the box sets that were released on DVD 15 years ago or whenever it was. I really only wanted the first couple boxes, with the original crew and story. My wife was an avid Robotech lover as a kid so she wanted them all, I got them all except maybe the last box set.
I haven't played it but from what I gather $20 is my price point on that game.
Excellent to hear. I was worried that I should have gotten the PC version for the same reason, but know that the problem was not 100% widespread, just that it was bad when you had it.
Skyrim is on sale on Newegg for $35. I think they are sold out of 360 and PC last I looked but PS3 is still available.
Right, I agree with you in those points (I think we are really saying the same thing but with different points in mind, both of which are valid). I really like your metric of comping the GPU to a post launch price because that (and possibly memory costs) is really the main change you would make. I am definitely not…
I'm not sure what you mean by $600 buys you the console and nothing more. More than what?
Right. Launch console and it didn't go over very well. They have since made many price cuts. Comparing one version of all consoles would be like judging all gaming rigs by the Razer Blade laptop or some other extreme rig. It may exist, but it is not indicative of the class we are talking about. I could also say that I…
yeah, and that is sort of my point. going to another city would cost money. If you are not paying a fine that means you don't have money. It's backward. But welcome to government.
