I try not to buy those games. If games that have DRM measures that I do not like I don't buy them so the publisher doesn't get my money. That speaks thousands more than complaining to each other on Kotaku then buying the game anyway.

They are pretty good about it these days. I usually check their blog which updates as early as 3:00 PST but definitely by 5:00. By the time I get home from work the PSN is always updated.
