If you live in any urban area and don’t have your own parking space so you park on the street, having the shortest car around by a foot or two is a huge practical advantage. Only a Smart car is better, but obviously not worth it unless there are multiple 500's in the neighborhood.

What do you see in the wheels and tires? Those are stock wheels and nothing looks off about the tires although I can’t see the condition in the given pictures.

Seller is in DC, where “fun” is somewhere on the spectrum between white knuckled 80mph bumper to bumper on the Outer Loop or white lipped 0mph bumper to bumper on the Inner Loop.
