It was unclear when I wrote that as to which Mitsubishi chassis underpinned the Sebring Coupe. Further digging reveals 1st gen Sebring Coupe was the Galant chassis, 2nd gen Sebring was the Eclipse 3rd gen chassis, so you get props for being right on that point.

1st gen gave us the sublime & insanely tunable AWD turbo variants. Arguably the best generation.

Tampa FL. I was tough on the seller about some issues it had. Since buying it we’ve put 20k miles on it with no further hitches, so yay. It’s not a Honda, but so far, so good.
