I like it. Drives home the idea that this is essentially a side mission, which gives them more freedom to experiment with tone.

you do realize that private servers are the only reason many old online PC games are even still playable right? this is more about preserving history than anything since there are plenty of people that would love to play old games online but without proper server support those people can’t. it’s part of the reason

Blizzard, as well as a few dumbasses on various boards, think there’s no place at all for Vanilla servers. There are also those who maintain that it would be too difficult to roll back to, because you know, that makes sense. Yet here’s a working Vanilla server with hundreds of thousands of members on it. I can’t say

Well, this sucks. I never played on this server, but it’s basically Blizzard going “our way or the highway.”

This is really shitty. I played on Nostalrius for a few months and had a great time. The player base was great, and it was fun having an adventure in the WoW world again.

Kanji’s arc focused on gender identity, primarily. He was into very traditional girly things, so he thought something was wrong with him and he should be ashamed. This was reinforced for him when he was attracted to Naoto (before he knew she was a woman). Eventually though he learns though that his likes and interests

I hate to say this, but this whole article feels like it was written by someone who has only just recently jumped on the Persona bandwagon and just wants to gush about how special they are for liking it.

Persona 4 is arguably the worst iteration in the sub-series. Not including the spin-offs of the sub-series, of

Just like me, the Persona series isn’t as popular in the West as Final Fantasy, but it’s been around just as long (since 1987), and is arguably much more interesting.

Between Inquisition and ME3, I’m losing faith in Bioware’s ability to tell a decent story. But if the gameplay is as solid as ME2/3, I’ll still go along for the ride.

Oh yeah you are totally right. Nintendo is only responsible when things go great.

Yes, dismissing a PR employee who had nothing to do with localizing games. Brilliant.

Even if you don’t like those things, she had nothing to do with them. She did no work on FE:F. Which you’d know if you’d bothered to even read the article.

I think companies really need to get out of the habit on firing people because the internet demands a sacrifice. It only encourages people to continue using toxic behaviors to push their agendas.

Especially when they let the loudest voices dictate the terms, not the majority.

Sigh... You disappoint me, internet.

Before MGS5 came out, Hayder threw tons of bitchfits on twitter about the situation. I thought it was all some sort of big ruse and that he’d be in the game somehow. When he wasn’t, I was a tad disappointed, but then became even more sad that this whole time he was just acting petty as fuck about the whole thing.

“I was kinda hoping that Konami would take me back now that he was gone.”

I get being disappointed but the guy had many doors opened for him thanks to the years that he DID have as Snake. Business changes, things move on, go out gracefully.

Naw man, it’s all about her:

They’ve done cross promotion like this before and people thought it was fine, I remember where you had to play a game of Hearthstone in order to unlock some mount in World of Warcraft.
