Loving the new format, but how about a "target=_blank"? Open a new tab instead of just replacing the deals page with whatever other site.

Seems like with all the in-depth tool work, he would have had a more elegant solution for the cords than "top piece is a little too small so there's a crack to pull cords through".

@GitEmKelvarMenace: I don't think anyone is blaming corporations, but it's true that certain types of foods have different effects on the body. Ask any diabetic if they could live on twinkies, or if someone who was gluten-intolerant might enjoy some delicious bread ("whole grain! It's good for you!"). Bodies are

I just love that we live in world where we can have "off the shelf" quadrocopter parts.

Regular Newegg price on the EEE tablet is $299, not $499. So you're saving $10. Still, ten bucks is ten bucks.

@99TelepodProblems: Every time I see a thread about Nic Cage I hope this video gets posted (I made it). It's always heartening to see that the simplest things in life can still bring joy.

Big laughs at the "Microcomputer" label, too.

@Squalor: hooray! piperifle at gmail is my address.

Maybe the guy who sold it to him said it was. And the guy before that. But maybe, somewhere down the line, it came from a Congolese mine. US

@Platypus Man: Honestly, I'm getting one because my old Xbox doesn't have HDMI, and I plan on using the second one as a glorified Media Extender/Roku Box in my bedroom. We can watch Netflix before bedtime and also someone can still watch a movie if the other is playing a game, in either room. Not bad for $100.

FYI, Amazon has matched the Walmart deal on the Arcade bundle. $150 + $50 in future games credit. So if you're in a tax-high state and have Prime and like to buy video games (Like me, all three) this could work out better.

So wait, does it come with an EXTRA wireless controller? Or did the Arcade stop coming with the wired controller and I missed it?

@CFinWV-in purple I am stunning!: Warning, the teaser is literally just dialogue over a zoom-shot of the tower. You're not missing much, and that line kind of floats out of nowhere with no explanation.
