That’s really not much. Around here in MI you get rust on your rotors like that if the car sits more than a couple days. We often have to machine rotors or flat out replace them on brand new cars at my dealer because the sales dept never moves the cars that sit out on the lot waiting to be sold.

Here in Michigan rotors will rust over like that in 2-3 days of sitting. They did that in PA and NJ while I was there as well, CA not so much, it’s all about humidity. I replaced my iPad 2 with a retina mini when I started having issues with the 2. I like the mini, but I definitely miss the extra screen real estate that I had on the full size iPad. The mini is easier to hold depending on your use. I'd hate to see them drop it.
