The first five or so episodes were quite good as well—the middle sagged a bit for sure, but I’d rate this show a solid 7/10, just about what I’d give the first season of the Simpsons (Futurama, controversially enough, easily had the strongest first season of all three).
I thought she was voiced by Joanna Lumley until I looked it up.
I wanted to like him more but he just doesn’t get enough space. Most of his actions and dialogue are a direct response to Bean or Elfo’s dialogue or situation for a quick chuckle.
If I had to guess, Big Jo is the mysterious figure who puts Luci in a bottle. You can’t keep a creepy exorcist down.

I think this series was saved by the voice talent and the gags. Some of the episodes were just ‘meh’, but I do think that it ended right as I was taking a shine to it. I’m not so sure about how I feel with each of the three main cast having some sort of mysterious origin.

If you can’t quite place which voice John DiMaggio is using for the king, it is the construction worker from the Parasites Lost episode of Futurama.
Aaand, to no one's surprise at all, Sharon Horgan was wonderful as Dagmar. Writing was iffy at times, but good GOD was this voice cast absolutely stacked.
