Ah, okay. I don’t know why, but I assumed you bought the GTI before getting the 10 day notice from VW.

I’m not trying to “victim blame” here (I also drive a TDI), but why the hell did you jump on a 2nd car payment with no turn-in timeline in place?

They probably have one of these on the car somewhere, too:

Well aren’t you sharp as a tack.

Oh. My. God.

The lyric is talking about women bitching about the ride being too rough and him telling her if she doesn’t like it she can get out and walk. I know what I’m talking about- I am a white guy from the suburbs.

I bought a new-at-the-time 2013 Audi S5 ($60k MSRP) with a 6-speed. It had nav, sport diff, carbon inlays, Nappa leather, etc. Basically everything available at the time except blind spot monitoring and adaptive suspension (because I was putting Ohlins coil overs on it).

Get out and walk the boulevard.

Yes, I know. I see your point. But again, I have yet to own a car that can tow. Besides the fact that manufacturers will void U.S. warranties (unlike in the UK) when they find out you’ve been towing with a car not specifically rated for it, I don’t want to own some sleeping pill on wheels like an Accord. My cars have

The auto in the Fiesta is garbage and the reason the car scores so low on reliability ratings. That and the fact that Ford specifically want to keep the STs manual-only.

Ok, bro.

I feel like you’re projecting here. But if you would like me to provide more constructive criticisms of your comments moving forward, I’ll be happy to do so. The more you give me to work with, the more I’ll be able to comment. As it is “Both people suck” and “Why don’t these people get it?” isn’t the gold standard of

Yeah, okay. I’ll just continue to read your very disagreeable comments without opining myself. Or nah.

Yeah, Vin, why can’t they understand this is a non-issue and people need to find real shit to worry about?

When you “cut a check for 20% of a few hundred grand,” I expect you to know whether or not the property is a part of an HOA. I certainly took that into account when I cut my check.

Maybe I like my neighborhood classy. I’m sorry.

I’ve owned a home and still think you’re wacko. If he built an ugly extension onto his house, that is his prerogative. Does it help your home value? No. But that’s life. Should’ve bought in an area with an HOA if you were so worried about what your neighbors do to their own property.

You’ve been wrong before, and you’ll be wrong again. Haha.

I had a 2013 (facelift) S5 coupe. It was gorgeous. It was a 6-speed. I always liked the Sportback and would have gone that route if it were available at the time.

I am looking at buying a convertible when Audi takes back my TDI. I am considering an ND Miata, the Fiat 124, and the 09-11 Z4. The Fiat realistically won’t happen, even if I liked it more than the Miata, because I don’t want to lose $9-10k in depreciation the first year and I can find a used 2016 Miata GT for $24k
