The difference in total mortality in risk ratio for men between 200-239 mg/dl and >240 mg/dl is about 1.0 and 1.15, respectively. There is no practically difference between 160-199 mg/dl and 200-239 mg/dl. As the total cholesterol goes below 160 mg/dl, the total mortality risk ratio goes back up to about 1.15.
You are very wrong to say that whole grains are safe, and saturated fats and salt dangerous. Everything else is fine.

Aeropress is basically the best portable, single serving coffee maker.
More isn't better. Tons of CS players still use the intellimouse, which I believe is 800 dpi.
Saturated fat and cholesterol are essential for a growing mind. Not only is saturated fat an excellent energy source, it's also plays a crucial structural role in the body. The vitamins the body makes are made from cholesterol.

It is if you plan on upgrading. What if you want 4 or more RAM slots? Good luck trying to glean that information from the average OEM web page. What if you want to make sure your power supply will be able to run two video cards? What if you want to drop in a couple extra hard drives? Most of the time they won't even…
