Mad respect for the response. And as other comments points out, the implication was discernible. Just that the content didn’t address the headline at all, which was a bit jarring.

Seriously; I tend to dismiss text walls out of habit/principle, but even rereading this made me chuckle again.

Goddamn, that was a perfectly executed joke set-up. Besides making valid points about how this weirdly off-base headline came to be, the text wall was actually integral to the delivery.

Yeah, it’s fucking weird, man. I get poking bears where bears show their asses to be poked (re: Barstool), but I absolutely do not understand the need to make this connection here.
